Reflect on your year so far and all the work you have done. Give yourself a day to draw your focus within, reflect and reset. In the fall months, we start to slow things down again. Learn to sync your rhythm with nature through Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Reiki, a Healing Sound Bath, and much more!

Located out east, this historic 1829 estate sits among the trees, peacefully secluded, making it the perfect location to draw our attention away from the exterior world and focus on our inner world.

10 am - Retreat Check-In

11 am - Welcome Ceremony - Setting Intentions

11:30 am - Yin & Restore Yoga and Breathwork

12:30 pm - Visualization Meditation

1:15 pm - Lunch Time!

3 pm - Reflection Workshop

4 pm - Reiki & Sound Healing with Amanda Ricciardi

5 pm - Closing Ceremony
